Our Name and Our Philosophy
At M10 Technologies our name is based on the ten (10) goals listed on page 1 of our employee manual.
Our daily work is based on these 10 principles:
Find Niches. One example niche is SAP – Supply Chain and the technologies that support it. With concentrated efforts on a fairly narrow track within SAP, we stick to what we do best and have realized that it is not possible to be good at everything. We search out in the market niche areas that we can deliver on.
We have differentiated our products and services. The benefit of our focus within SAP Supply chain is highlighted by the unique solutions we offer to our clients.
Committed to the business. We believe in it more than anybody else. I don’t know if you’re born with this kind of passion, or if you can learn it. But I do know you need it. If you love your work, you’ll be out there every day trying to do it the best you possibly can, and pretty soon everybody around will catch the passion from you.
We share our profits with all associates, and treat we treat you as a partner. In turn, you will treat you as a partner, and together we will all perform beyond everyone’s wildest expectations. We encourage our associates to hold a stake in the company.
Communicate everything you possibly can to your partners. The more you know, the more you’ll understand. The more you understand, the more you’ll care. Once you care, there’s no stopping us.
